There are currently more than 30 employees in the Rewin R&D center. Among them, more than 30% of employees are masters or PhDs. Equipped with advanced R&D facilities, the R&D center department has more than 3,000 square meters independent spaces for offices and labs. Rewin has combined the development of new products and training of R&D personnel in the field of synthetic biology, enzyme preparations, fermentation engineering through the correlation with Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan University School of Pharmacy, Hubei University School of Life Sciences, Wuhan Institute of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, etc.

        Ruiyin has nearly 5,000 square inches of GMP-compliant raw material drug production workshops and supporting QC laboratories, strain rooms, warehouses, etc. At the same time, it has compiled and distributed GMP management documents in strict accordance with the 2010 version of GMP requirements. The relevant regulations, procedures and records involved in the quality management process, and adequate training have been carried out to ensure the good operation of the GMP system through the effective implementation of procedures.
